That one that helps you sleep, or that you could watch a thousand times?

Mine is the 1970s animated version of The Hobbit.

    🎵🎶 the greatest adventure …🎵🎶

I love that movie too, especially the Down Down to Goblin Town part.

I didn’t have a comfort movie per se, but for a long time I would fall asleep watching Star Trek the next generation. I would doze off to the sound of the ships HVAC system. There must have been a lot of silent pauses in that show.

    In no particular order:

    • Sahara
    • Hercules (1997 animated version)
    • Mulan (1998 animated version)
    • 27 Dresses
    • Jurassic Park (although probably not for sleeping given all the screaming, lol)

The fifth element, it was on cable a lot when I was a kid so the chances of me falling asleep while it was playing in the background were high and I guess it became a subconscious association

Ready Player One. It’s a terrible movie that adapts a terrible book, but for some reason the vibe just entertains me and makes me feel comfortable. I don’t know either.

I could curl up with that movie and a warm blanket if I had the flu. I wouldn’t necessarily choose it, but I wouldn’t resist it, either.

Many family movies also work. Plus Scooby doo for some reason.
