Agreed with everything here but be careful about which protein powder you choose as some plant based powders have been found to contain higher levels of toxic metals.

I’m very curious as to what your suggested course of action would be if you were to “cut the military budget to 0”, and then another nation with a strong military uses their military to abuse or murder the citizens of your nation because they disagree with your nation in some way…
It seems they convinced him that NATO and Ukraine are Nazis. Typical stuff from the play book. Dude just went all in on it. Pretty sad, he had his whole life ahead of him.
