Sarah Wynn-Williams had a front-row seat to some of Facebook’s most consequential (and controversial) moments. These are some of the most shocking claims from her memoir, Careless People.

The fact that Meta is so desperately trying to destroy this book and its author must mean that it’s factual to a tee. I hope we can Streisand Effect this into the NYT Best Sellers list.

Here it is on Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/nl/en/ebook/careless-people-8

This book is also available on Amazon, which I imagine will cause some Zuck on Bezos frowning at their next trump meeting.

I wasn’t suggesting buying on Amazon. I’m pointing out one oligarch is feeding on another, which may cause retaliatory actions by the other oligarch.

What would their response look like if it were almost entirely hyperbole and fiction?

Would they just let that sit on shelves uncontested orrrrr…would they launch a PR blitz to discredit the author and book?

They’d threaten legal action for defamation and bury it before it was published.
