It does have an app, but I’m not using it. It also doesn’t work, because it can’t find the vacuum on the network.
The device has 2 buttons: “turn on/off” and “find home”, those are the only two I need.
A vacuum doesn’t need internet access.

That is why I have denied internet access for my robot vacuum cleaner. Xiaomi doesn’t need to know the blueprint of my house, and if it can’t connect to the internet, there’s no need for firmware updates.
I’ll start the thing by pressing the button at the top.

If you can manage to download your ebooks to your PC, you can use Calibre with a DeDRM plugin to release your Amazon hostages books. But it’s not a very straightforward process.

+1 for ProxMox.
I have that running and it’s pretty easy to work with

It’s a bit strange that when you create a note, you don’t automatically go to the editor.

And in a few years time we’ll learn about the torture and gas chambers of Israel.

That’s exactly what a 4chan user would say… *narrows eyes in suspicion*
I don’t mind those people, I just wish they wouldn’t go off on tangentially related subjects.

Drawing. I like doing it, but my stick figures look rather ill.

I even ignore DMs on linkedIn, they’re mostly head hunters anyway.

the app version is also 2.0.0 on iOS, upgraded from the previous version.
So this isn’t a database issue on the server? But one in the app?

Apparently I have a database issue. It tries two photos and both fail with a foreign key error and then the process stops. I had deleted both photos it initially complained about, but then it complained about the next two. I fear I’m going to have to reinstall.

Went into the app’s logs (tap your icon in the upper right corner and choose Logs)
And in my case it’s a database issue:

(redacted lat/long positions a bit)
I think I’m going to reinstall. This issue is over my paygrade.
They’ve been saying this for a year now.
