I love that Romania declared its elections invalid because the winner had obviously been put there by Russia. Which is exactly what the US and the Netherlands should have done.

I drink Sprudelwasser with dinner and the rest of the day it’s just tap water. We live in an incredibly hard water area so tap water is basically mineral water.
Or (green or black) tea.
I use Otto for normal household goods (I’m in Germany). The annoying thing is that they’re more expensive than Amazon.
The UK is starting to get weird. Their PM recently blamed bats for the lack of housing (spoiler: there is enough housing, but there isn’t enough affordable housing).
Rossmann. 79 cents, including their sensitive toothpaste.
We’re not. Too warm. Winter was also too warm.
We have blossoms. They’re 3 weeks too early. Even during a “hot” year the high season for blossoms was around 7 April. We will probably have a frost in April that will kill off the fruit.
I’m in favour of the Mussolini treatment, myself.
First thing I do as a proofreader is change all m-dashes to n-dashes.
No worries, Switzerland is a neutral country! 🤪
A “social workplace” is a place where people with special needs can get work, in case anyone is wondering.
Ecosia.
What was funny the other day is that I opened Safari and my iPad asked me if I’d like to use another browser and then it showed me a list. So I picked Ecosia.
And their packing tape snaps. I’m packing removal boxes and the boxes keep popping open because the stupid tape breaks constantly at the corners.
Nope. Paradox of tolerance.
I quit after y2k. I worked nights for months and after it was over, my baby threw up on me one morning, I was 10 minutes late because I had to change, and my boss literally screamed at me.
And now people are saying climate change is like the Y2K bug and “it will fix itself” 🙄
Expensive and dull. 220 for a plain t-shirt?!
Gates and Saunders could fund them. Maybe they’re not as liberal as people think, eh.
Indeedy. Hitler didn’t want to destroy the country, didn’t defund scientific research, had advisors who knew what they were doing, didn’t sell state secrets to the USSR, didn’t want to destroy nature… I can’t believe I’m defending Hitler.
