Norway is already exporting at max, EU does not want to exploit natural gas resources domestically, so that leaves only the golf states.

Export is mostly divided between vehicles, chemicals, machinery (“In 2023, the EU had trade surpluses in machinery & vehicles (€102 billion), chemicals (€58 billion), other manufactured goods (€55 billion)”).

So markets that can afford luxury german cars, canada, china, australia. But they’d have to compete with chinese cars. Basic chemicals are easier to sell elsewhere.

I have dust mite allergies. 2 most important changes I did were:

(1) no carpets, no curtains, only tile floors.

(2) and I love my robot vaccuum. They do 80% of the work, daily, whilst I’m away.

For HW I personally use a NUC. If I were to build something today within said budget, I’d go for a second hand thin client.

For example the Thinkcentre M720q Tiny I can buy for 225EUR, coming with 8th gen core i5, 8GiB RAM, 256GiB SSD (1). Idle consumption is around 5W.
