Steam is the reason I am buying so many games. They’re way cheaper there than on other marketplaces. This lawsuit sounds like a shareholder from another company whining about not making as much as they wanted.

I walked into my room one day and my computer was in the middle of downdating from 7 to 10, without ever asking me. I held my breath and unplugged the thing from the wall. Luckily nothing happened and it booted back into 7 and I went in and removed every single notion of any update I could, short of physically opening my HDD and removing the physical sections of the platter. Ended up switching to 10 at 11pm on the night 7 ended support. Eh.

That’s the biggest reason I’ve not switched. Gears of War is one of my favorite franchises, and games like that still need some time, it seems.

That’s why I send passive aggressive messages about my company on my work computer. Hopefully they see me laughing at their incompetence and obvious nepotism.

I’m still partial to custom ramen. Just get your favorite ramen, get it boiling and a bit soft, throw an egg or two in there, make some spam, throw that in if you want, and then spice it up however you want. Salty as all hell, though. You need a lot of water to offset it, which is the problem.

Remember that hobby you liked to do as a kid but either grew out of or moved out of home, whatever. Pick that thing back up. At the very least, it’ll be a short term distraction. It could end up sticking for life, as well.

I’m in the midst of a potential lifelong bout of model train autism. It just escaped me for the past 15 years. It’s back now, and I love working on it.

My mom and dad both have ancient machines at home and I swapped both to SATA SSDs. The improvement was incredible. They went from basically unusable, in my opinion, to completely functional for anything they would be doing.
