I do understand where you are coming from, if you are in a good position financially, something like this isn’t an issue. I’m in a spot now where it wouldn’t be an issue for me now but I have lived it in the past. While things like this are fine for people financially secure, it can absolutely snowball for the people it’s intending to attract. It looks easy to manage at first because it’s just a small payment of four, but then you think you can do another or forget, etc, and before you know it, you owe a lot of money without realizing it. I know that financial responsibility can help but it isn’t always that easy, especially with something like this enabling irresponsible spending and being bombarded with “buy, buy, buy” in society. I just think that any benefit I would get from this from rewards just isn’t worth it being available for others to be exploited and getting into needless debt. Things like this make the fact that we’re getting into late stage capitalism more glaring

In a way, like I’ll have these really stressful dreams sometimes where panic sets in and I’ll feel it physically(probably from experiencing panic attacks in real life) and jolt awake. It concerned me at first until I realized it always happened when I needed to go to the bathroom so it was my subconscious making me wake up before I peed the bed. That’s just a basic example, it of course can get very complex and it just takes work to pinpoint what your subconscious is trying to tell you. It could be something seriously bothering you or it could just be something simple like the urge to use the bathroom

You’re kind of just reiterating, non concrete would relate to the subconscious which is the realm of emotions and communicates in forms of imagery/symbolism

Really not that bad considering. Really not much pain during the procedure cos they numb you up (getting numbed wasn’t fun but it kicks in while it’s being administered) and then it takes about 15 minutes. After it was done, I was able to hobble on out of there immediately after just about. During the recovery, you wear a jock strap (undeez makes one for it that also lets you slip in ice packs) and ice up. The procedure I had was a newer, even less invasive one so I didn’t even need pain pills afterwards, just alternated ibuprofen and acetaminophen and ice and that was ample (lots of edibles too). It could get to be a dull pain from time to time and then just had to avoid jostling my nads around or lifting much weight. The anticipation of the procedure was definitely way worse than actually going through it

I was going to say nothing but I remembered that I did get a vasectomy recently so I guess there’s lots of uninhibited sex with my partner to look forward to
