        I suspect your answer to the original question was right in the sense that these two have the worst physical dependence but I believe another measure is Capture Rates where they survey users over a decade and they report the number of user still using the substance during the last survey who were using it in the first one. The highest capture rates are around 20% for H and cocaine when I saw the data last time which is worse odds than Russian Roulette!

          The question was about the most addictive substances. Those two are the most likely to kill you. Opioid auction withdrawal will make you feel like dying. But alcohol and benzo withdrawal will actually kill you.

    My wife is pregnant with a baby boy. Doctors today just told us if he survives to birth, he will be profoundly mentally disabled. I don’t know how to financially prepare for this. Is there anything that can prevent our child from having a difficult life?
