I had a ridiculous runaround to get a single envelope that contained only a $20 SIM card.
My wife’s new MacBook Pro was left in the common area hallway. No signature. Not even a notification - I randomly stumbled across it while I was leaving.
Had this with Purolator, work shipped me a $4000 workstation laptop (with signature request).
Driver couldn’t figure out the standard gate latch so left it outside our gate visible from the road. Wasnt like a 6 foot gate he couldn’t see over, it was a waist height gate, so latch was clearly visible.
I only saw it because I knew it should be arriving and went outside looking for it.
