No surprise really, that was always part of the deal. Google and Meta are relatively good buyers, if you consider that our data is also being sold to dark companies we’ve never heard of, or are difficult to trace back to their owners, or have hazy political involvement etc… Tech companies big or small will sell our data to whomever pays - see terms and conditions or whatever.

You will almost always be asked why you want the job, and money is implicitly understood for everyone that applies to the position. Don’t bother mentioning it, it will only hurt your chances. IMO the way to answer that question is to link the job to your ambitions i.e. as a stepping stone, or your past experiences as a logical continuation and your capacity to be an asset, and finally any other motivations you can think of.

I don’t have an answer about online methods… I went through the phase of how to meet people as well, and eventually decided to join / try out some group activities. I did some rookie dragon boating, table tennis, stand up paddle, and eventually met my forever spouse as she taught me scuba diving. PS: other than the scuba diving, those were all free activities for beginners. Good luck

They can send all of their online services like Office 365 and Copilot, as well as sales or registration of Windows very quickly. I wish they would! I’d love to see Linux and Libreoffice take over, and maybe a new European player on the market. That would be a boon for consumers worldwide.

Large value bills are of very little importance to the everyday consumer, but make life easier for criminals transporting or hiding cash. A single 1000$ bill weighs ten times less than 10 x 100$ bills. Phasing out these bills or never printing them in the first place is logical
