I use the Parabolic flatpak and it works well (apart from when the mouse gets caught for a few days in the cat and mouse game that is YouTube downloading).

There’s plenty of new stuff on Postmaster, especially if it’s big-budget or sci-fi leaning. But you’re right, it can be difficult to find some media, especially if it’s niche. For free, there’s more being posted than can reasonably be watched or listened to.

The models will remain but the companies that own the hardware that they run on may not. Of course you can still run your own, but the model size will be much, much smaller unless you have a significant setup.

Just kidding, it’s World of Warcraft for me too, playing on and off since release. Retail has jumped the shark for me and currently enjoying Turtle WoW as much as 2004.

The basic idea is read-only system files with flatpak for apps. A ‘rebase’ more or less downloads another system image to boot into. You can even rollback to prior images i.e., rollback to Silverblue.

If you install one of the Fedora Atomic distros e.g., Silverblue, you can rebase to other atomic distros e.g., Bazzite very simply with a single command and reboot.

Coldplay.

Their music doesn’t move me in any way (except to turn it off). Can someone please point out any good bit of any song? I’m willing to try, but everything I’ve heard for years is just musical mush.

Air poppers can be small, mine is about ten inches tall, five inches wide and deep. I’m no fan of single use appliances but it makes a healthy snack so easy (just pour half a cup of kernels in and switch it on) that it gets a pass. It’s fast too, takes about a minute and can’t burn them. The only cleaning it needs it to shake out any popcorn bits that for some reason didn’t get ejected. It was a great value purchase for seven bucks.

The downside is it’s loud AF.
