The only reason Biden was able to eke out his narrow win was because we were in the midst of Trump’s utter failure to deal with Covid pandemic when the election happened. His promise to donors at the time was that “nothing would fundamentally change”. One of his few promises kept, it almost cost him the election because the non-incumbent candidate promising no change is virtually political suicide.
Kamala attempted to make a similar promise to her donors, and the country is now paying dearly for it.
