Exactly, I didn’t remember the name of the pose. Do that a few times slow and controlled and you’ll muscles will be burning.
Hindu push ups or dive bomber (diver) push ups.
It’s basically a push up but you put your ass way up in the air. Then move your arms down while moving your chest down and up like a dive bomber.
The down position is your ass close to the grond, your arms pushing up and you chest up. Like some yoga poses. Then slowly reverse the motion till your ass is back in the air like the starting position.

Just reading the headline and giving the benefit of the doubt (haha to meta), my first thought was, “well it’s a good thing to stress test your product before actually teens with problems use it”. This way you could get some bugs worked out and fix the AI before someone hurts themself or others.
After reading the article, that is not what they used it for. Meta, of course, was just trying some old fashion corporate sabotage and trying to bring down other companies with this bullshit. All without the other companies knowing. Could any of this data be used to fix kids trying to hide bulimia or wanting to know what a baby tastes like? Probably not.
I stopped because I don’t want it to overtake my living space more but X-Men figures.

I would add that, when you listen to an AI conversation, there are no pauses. Like they know exactly what to say before the other person is done talking. Most humans have a natural pause to think about what was just asked.

That’s actually great news. Sugar is a hell of a drug and quitting soda is a big step in less sugar consumption. I enjoy water and hot tea usually at work, but my co-workers love soda. One of them got a kidney stone and the doctor told her it’s because you were drinking 5 cans of soda a day.

In Virginia ads are still running about not leaving rural Virginians behind by banning data centers. Claiming that they will bring jobs to the rural community but those nasty politicians are banning the progress of data centers.

Well the somewhat good news is the Romans were close to a steam powered Renaissance but they just thought it was a toy. You could make steam powered rail roads and really fuck up the timeline.

Okay. You were saying notsosure was making the joke and it flew over my head.
Well that’s true. I thought they were serious.

I wasn’t trying to make one.
Does fishing ice out of your drink make you an absolute horrendous individual? Or is it the parsley?
What makes it an horrific media scandal? I’m trying to understand.

Oh yeah? This makes me like Madonna more. I would assumed real assholes would tell the waiter to remake their drink instead of just fixing it herself. Good for her.
Who cares about the parsley?

The media is owned by billionaires. This Mamdani guy is a CRAZY EXTREME RADICAL that wants billionaires to do crazy things…like…PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE IN TAXES.
So naturally Mamdani is an enemy to the people that control the media. That is why you see them obsessed with him. They want him to fail and are trying to make everything he does sound crazy. It’s just not working.
For you see, if his policy works in NYC and the people start getting a better quality of life because rich people are paying their share then that might have ripple effects in the country. If the entire country passes a billionaire tax then they would have to threaten to leave the US instead of just threatening to leave NYC.

Can Iran win this? That would be great to see.

Try to learn from anyone you can. Everyone has a life experience. Here’s a book from an ex general that might help.

When the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

We solved it too well. I was arguing about climate change with someone and they used the fact we don’t hear about the hole anymore as proof that climate change is bs and is blown outta proportion.

Resiliency. From a military perspective, if you care, I was told that generals are complaining about a lack of resiliency. People go to boot camp and make a mistake but they don’t have the resiliency to fix their mistake and move on.
I think it comes from parents not wanting their kids to go through any bad experiences. They need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. I have noticed it with my family, but I don’t have any kids so who am I to make judgements.
The OG 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. I think it still holds up. It’s a great movie.
