Weed. I’ve heard that it helps people calm their anxiety and makes depression a bit more manageable to live with, but I’m afraid that if I do try it, it’ll make my mental illness worse.
Also vaping as a coping mechanism for dealing with life. I know it’s unhealthy. But a part of me wants to try it to take the pain away, but is scared that I’ll get addicted.
