Lost the things some years back, apparently long enough back that I’m not allowed to use my old rx.
So, got a new rx, new exam, picked out new frames, should be here by Christmas.

Yeah we used thermal blankets, in reverse, to bounce away as much radiance as possible, on all the windows, then blackout curtains behind that.
Fucking yeehaw.
Shit whatever works. I actually bought some of that reflective window stuff for my office since I sit by the window. Works great. I mean it’s only me in the office and I could sit anywhere but I like the window. Sacramento gets stupid hot in the summer. I think I got like 50ft of that stuff for about $5. Sticks on with just water. I highly recommend it.
