I joined lemmy a couple of years ago and added a lot of lemmy.ml communities but the politics there is unhinged and I don’t even care about politics! What are some fun/funny communities with less unhinged people?! (no .ml please)

I feel like I’m opening a can of worms by asking but what is “non-ml”?
.ml is the “flagship”/original Lemmy instance, and the “ml” usually means Malaysia but was taken up as shorthand for Marxist-Leninist.
Some folks don’t particularly like the political flavor of those communities and/ or the Lemmy developers who reside there, so they seek other instances and communities to join.
OIC that explains a lot. I had heard that Lemmy.ml had a lot of CCP sympathizers but was unaware they wore it on their sleeve like that.
