I had a buddy (older gay dude) who apparently had a slightly hooked nose when he was younger. It drove him nuts until he got it surgically fixed. He was very happy with the results decades later. He wasn’t an especially vain guy but the nose thing mattered to him, so fine, go for it. I didn’t notice anything unusual about his nose but he had the surgery long before I met him.
I do think excessive or obvious surgery looks creepy, and botox can turn the person ugly when they get older.
