Whenever I try peertube, I get zero search results and I don’t know whether it is because there are so few videos or because the indexing is so badly done or because people do not provide metadata with their uploads…

Only if people can find the videos.
That indeed is a huge problem. Whenever I try peertube, I get zero search results and I don’t know whether it is because there are so few videos or because the indexing is so badly done or because people do not provide metadata with their uploads…
