For example, one of the disposable e-cigarettes studied released more lead during a day’s use than nearly 20 packs of traditional cigarettes.

    yes! i highly recommend working towards psychologically quitting while you smoke, first and foremost, but then secondly if you’re gonna smoke only use the DIY tank mods with your own coils, and your own juice ideally.
