In a document published Thursday, ICE explained the functions that it expects Palantir to include in a prototype of a new program to give the agency “near real-time” data about people self-deporting.

    How are we going to control them? Half here can’t even control our own computing, while some are throwing away what little control is left.

    $5 says this is $30 mil doesn’t cover data collection, because they already have the data.

    It’s $30mil to expose the data they already have, in a manner suitable for lower level agency workers.
